High design, 1700s style in York County, Pa.: Vaulted cellar ceilings

Some immediately assign a vaulted ceiling, as seen here, to a stop on the Underground Railroad. But this was a common design feature in very old buildings around York County, Pa., including this 18th-century structure. Can you place this scene?
