History Mystery: When York Little Theatre was five years old, it operated out of the late 1700s York County Academy. That academy building was demolished several decades later. Where did the academy stand? (It’s been gone so long that people forget it ever existed.) Fifteen years after this event, YLT moved to the old Elmwood Theater – its current home.
