The headline on the YDR story summed up the book: “George Trout pens book about his life, encounters with sports and entertainment icons/George Trout spent 14 months chronicling the stories of the icons he’s met.” Surprisingly George didn’t mention to the reporter his famous link with Brooks Robinson’s professional baseball debut in York.
