The Great Potato Chip Battle; Martin’s versus Utz

This post comes to you because of a chance encounter with two of my readers; Charlie and Wanda. I was waiting for a table Friday evening when a couple, also waiting, recognized me from my picture in YorksPast. They invited me to join them and insisted on paying for my meal; thanks again!
Charlie and Wanda picked my brain for ideas about documenting the history of their 1873 home. Their intent is to pictorially document milestones about the house.
In discussing which YorksPast posts they liked the best, the subject of potato chips was brought up, out of the blue, by Wanda. She claimed that one of my posts showed why Martin’s is always in the top spot in Best of York voting for potato chips.
This is a picture of a section of YorksPast 200th Post; and The 10 Most Viewed Posts. Here is the actual link to this specific post Are these Three Schools in or near Potato Town, North Codorus Township?

Wanda claimed, “Just look at one of your most viewed posts, Martin Road runs right through Potato Town. Martin’s was destined to garner the top potato chip spot.”
Charlie laughed and shook his head, “You just wait, Utz didn’t spend all that money on naming rights at the York Fairgrounds for nothing; their going to finally get the top spot next year.” Charlie was referring to Utz recently acquiring naming rights to the former Toyota Arena at the York Fairgrounds. At the table it was two against one; Wanda and myself for Martin’s and Charlie for Utz. I asked, “How do you select which chips to buy?” Charlie answered, “There’s no compromise on this; His and Hers potato chip canisters.” Post a comment; what potato chips are your favorite?
