SLUG: UNSLUGGED — poss. 1a — About 140 people are expected to attend a forum to discuss local obstacles to the care of foster children. Among the panelists will be Pa. Supreme Court Justice Max Baer and Bev Mackereth, deputy director at DPW. Also, York County Common Pleas judges, juvenile probation officers, foster parents, attorneys and staff from the county’s Mental Health-Mental Retardation Office. (Lee)
