YDR-L-SHEFET-1115 — Newberry Township police arrested a man Wednesday night who was allegedly caught stealing scrap. An employee saw him loading the scap, ran out and jumped on his car to try and stop him, police said. The employee was eventually thrown off the car and injured as the man fled. That was captured on video. The man was eventually tracked and bitten by Newberry PD’s new police dog, Taser. (czech) FILED
