SLUG: SHOP0329 — WeeUsables will host its annual consignment event on April 5 and 6. This year, the show is being held at the York Expo Center to accommodate the large crowd. With poor economy, more parents are opting to buy lowered-priced, consigned goods for their children. (Adkins)
