SLUG: DOG0323 — State police troopers shot a pit-bull puppy that had gotten loose early Friday morning and was chewing through the door of a home in Codorus Township. The dog, that wasn’t wearing a collar or ID, charged the officers, according to state police. The owner is angry. (lefever)
