MAIN ART: SLUG: RIBBON0712 — 15 — YTI is joining the Yellow RIbbon program, which is aimed at picking up where the GI bill leaves off when covering vets’ tuition. (Changes to the GI bill meant that it sometimes wouldn’t cover full tuition at YTI. YTI absorbed the difference this year, and next year will join the Yellow RIbbon program, a joint effort between schools and the VA. Two other York schools are already part of it. (mason) EDITED
