SLUG: XS0109 — Club XS and owner Joel Weinstein have been charged with liquor control violations for allegedly charging a cover charge to get into the bar. As part of its agreement to give away liquor for free, the club was supposed to be open and free for people who wanted alcohol, but it could charge a cover for the dance floor or other entertainment.
