SLUG: WED0117 — A British immigrant and ICE detainee will be married today at the York County Judicial Center by controller Robb Green. She is one of three detainees getting married today. Green often officiates marriages for ICE detainees, as well as traditional inmates. (mahon)

SLUG: UNSLUGGED — Travis Fowler’s trial begins today in York County court. He is charged in the 2008 crash that killed a motorcyclist on Route 30. Fowler had four prior DUi convictions and was accused of traveling 100 mph. The victim was from Lancaster County. (lee)
