SLUG: UNSLUGGED — As of Oct. 1, the city won’t be able to give out free immunizations to people who have insurance. The new policy is a concern to health officials, because many people who have insurance, but had to pay deductibles and/or their insurance didn’t pay for immunizations, could still get free shots at the city clinic. SLUG: UNSLUGGED — Adam Kaisler has pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle for the death of Jacqueline McCosh, 63. McCosh, of Stewartstown, died Nov. 11, 2010, from complications resulting from a May 2009 crash. McCosh had been paralyzed in the crash and died from pneumonia and other respiratory problems. (Lee)
