It is on what we now call Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).  The affliction was labeled melancholy, hysteria or insanity in the Civil War era; called shell shock in World War I and battle fatigue in World War II.  No matter what the name, it is devastating.<br \/>\nPennsylvania Civil War soldier Angelo Crapsey is featured.
