Working out is hazardous!
If you’re going to jump up and down on the step-aerobics step at the gym, make sure the step is securely placed on a nonskid surface.
Or else, like me, you might sprain your wrist, catching yourself as you fall.
The best part was, in true York County fashion, at least two people I knew were in the workout room with me, and the nice woman at the desk (who fetched me an ice pack) was an acquaintance I know through my part-time job.
So, bear with any typos on the blog for the next couple days – I’m sporting a nice, hefty wrist brace!
