Place: The Howard Tunnel, along the Heritage Rail Trail County Park

Who was it named after? John Eager Howard of Baltimore was a railroad investor, a Revolutionary War colonel and a politician.
Interesting facts: We’ve been trying to cover some ground on this blog about a claim the county parks make about the tunnel, so its name should be familiar to regular readers!
