YCHT Library & Archives announces upcoming free programs

The York County Heritage Trust hosts monthly meetings for the South Central Pennsylvania Genealogical Society (SCPGS) and the York Civil War Roundtable (YCWRT). These programs are held at the Historical Society Museum, 250 E Market Street, York, Pa., and are free and open to the public.
This month, the SCPGS meeting on Sunday afternoon, February 6, will be presented by Scott Mingus Sr. with his program “Civil War Voices from York County: Remembering the Rebellion.” The program begins at 2:15 p.m.
February’s YCWRT meeting will be held Wednesday evening, February 16, at which time George F. Nagle will present, “Pursuing a Course Unwise, Fanatical and Disorganized: Harrisburg’s Anti-Slavery Activists.” The program begins at 7 p.m.
